The estimated wages could not be seen even scout watched that player, now on the negotiation window the report source can be chosen to see the data based on that report

When scout had no assignment but had players to watch, it is shown in the staff overview

When player was assigned to scout but had not watched him yet, all attributes of the player was revealed - fixed
