The Lost Glitches · build 22157480 · published
We’ve been listening to your feedback and watching those replays. It turns out some Glitches were getting a bit confused when moving between the board and your hand while being targeted. We’ve rewritten the targeting logic to make sure the game re-evaluates reality every time a card moves. No more "ghost" targets or invalid plays slipping through the cracks—just pure, tactical precision.
This patch also polishes several complex card interactions to ensure the rules of the Deep Sky are followed to the letter. From recruitment logic to sacrifice triggers, everything should now feel more intuitive. Plus, we've added better visual feedback for certain card effects, so you’re never left guessing what your opponent is up to.
Smarter Targeting: Fixed an issue where changing the stats or zone (e.g., Board to Hand) of a Glitch while it was being targeted would not re-evaluate its validity. This affects Warbloom Purifier, Violent Intimidation, Void Swap, and the Echoing Harpee + Essence Redeemer combo.
Warbloom Purifier: Fixed an edge case where selecting the same target twice would trigger a double recruit effect.
Shroom Hatchery: Fixed an issue where the effect would fail to trigger correctly if the card was sacrificed.
Training Mode:Hoot will now correctly sacrifice Glitches even when the board is full.
Fatescribe: Added a visual indicator so the opponent can see when a card has been looked at.
