Fixes
Fixed Steam lobbies not being creatable after a server crash (peer cleanup issue).
Fixed “ghost” Steam lobbies remaining after crashes and causing grey screen joins.
Steam features are now hidden if Steam is not detected.
Fixed high-ping clients potentially crashing the server.
Auto-detect and cleanup multiplayer peer if no peer/menu detected for 15s (edge cases).
