0.3 SCP Patch Notes - Creative Mode, Various Bugfixes

-Creative Mode

You can access Creative Mode by enabling it in the New Game window in the main menu.

-Fixed third-person item interaction. First and Third-person cameras are now both fully playable.

-Improved building snapping, buildings now snap onto each other much easier.

-Fixed story audio sometimes playing twice.
