Hotfix

Fixes:

• We got some feedback about the D.U.S.T killing some of the fun of watching cars fly. We totally agree, so put a timer on it. Now, it scans for cars and put a target every ten seconds.

• Adjusted size of player area. More room for destruction and play!

• Fixed the tutorial sometimes failing

• Added a "unstuck" button
