- Updated Versatile Production Tactics so its 50% bonus now applies to AI Managers (instead of Assembly Lines) and now uses a dedicated Planet modifier after 100 planets.

- Added direct skill preset controls in the settings window (preset toggles + labels + load feedback) so presets can be selected/managed without leaving the settings pane.

- Hardened quit/return persistence around offline-time logic so save timing and offline progress restore are more reliable after backgrounding.
