Hotfix
Fixed multiplayer_transform_synchronizer SLEEP_MODE issue causing air stutter/position snapping on headless servers.
Fixed shotgun not appearing in object spawner (Headless only).
Fixed blood splash and head spawning at respawn point when respawning too quickly.
Added 0.5s respawn delay in PvP gamemodes.
Reduced JMP timer and Arena score UI size.
Fixed mob limit not working in Arena after game over.
