Hi all!
We've had thousands of players in the game and we really appreciate it, because this is what inspires us, and (more practically with sales) lets us keep doing what we love!
With a big influx comes the bugs as well, and even with professional Quality Assurance before launch we couldn't catch everything!
We've been heads down all day working to fix the save issues affecting some people, and appreciate your patience with this. Please let us know if still having issues after this patch. We are continuing to investigate this, and thank you to those who've sent us their save folders to help us debug.
We've put bug reporting instructions in the Steam forum, as well as on our Discord.
We're saving the game more often, and displaying when the game is saving with an icon in the bottom corner
Fixed issues where the incorrect save would be loaded
Fixed an issue when being defeated by the Owl
Fixed Puma's ability removing max health instead of current health
Fixed an issue when obtaining the perk Fasting when on 1hp
Fixed an issue where the Perk Feedback would trigger when the player attacks themselves, potentially causing infinite loops
Updated the recipes Crush and Stagger
Updated the logic for speech to try and fix a softlock during speech. Please let us know if you continue to see issue.
Added 90 as an FPS option
Made navigation on the game win screen clearer
Snowy Owl has a small attack so the combat be completed with a pure Spike build
Added extra empty tiles to some exploration levels to help avoid situations where you can get stuck with an unusable single block
Bug with Fasting perk health adjustment
Steam Deck input issue where it can revert to touchscreen controls
