Quick Translate Engine - Patch Notes

We are excited to present the Live Full Screen Translation feature - a powerful tool that constantly monitors your screen and automatically updates translations in real-time!

How to Use:

1. Open Settings → Full Screen Translation tab

2. Check the "Enable Live Mode" box

3. Set your preferred Scan Interval (default: 250ms)

4. Select the monitor to translate (single screen or all screens)

5. Press your full screen translation hotkey (default: CTRL+U)

6. Press the same hotkey again to stop

Key Features:

• 🔄 Smart Change Detection - Only changed text regions are re-translated, API calls are optimized

• 🖥️ Multi-Monitor Support - Select a specific screen or translate all monitors at once

• ⚡ Adjustable Scan Interval - Balance between response time (200ms) and performance (5000ms)

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed: Settings window flickering on startup (open-close-reopen issue)

• Fixed: Full screen translation source/target language settings not saving properly

• Improved: Overlay bubble sizes reduced to prevent overlapping in dense text
