Game Update on January 3rd

This update fixes multiple known issues and optimizes certain gameplay experiences.

1. Implements overall output for the Homestead system.

2. First resonance with a Tier-2 Resonator guarantees obtaining a new character.

3. Correctly displays the bonus effects of technology on Homestead buildings.

4. Fixes the issue where player characters had a small chance of being accidentally deleted.

5. Fixes the incorrect display and ineffective activation of random attributes on mechas.

6. Bosses will now always spawn near players.
