Things have been very quiet round these parts in our kingdom, peace has befallen us all and hopefully treated you well.
I awaken from this slumber to disrupt the peace and recruit you in the war once again, for we are bringing you a new update today!
Yogscast Games celebrates their 7th Tiny Teams festival this year, a full week of brilliant games from micro studios (August 6th - 13th) and we are joining in their celebrations with our own big update. Plus a whopping 50% discount!
Full patch notes below!
Previously, beating the final boss almost always required the use of specific cards that scaled well on the longer battlefield, so if you didn't come across those during your run, it was much harder to beat.
We've added a new mechanic to help balance the Council's massive health bar out:
There are now 2 disguised Councilmember cards instead of the original 1, and whenever one dies, the Council loses 33% of its health (or 50% when promoted).
The Council's health was also reduced to 333333 from the original 444444, and many of the Act 2 cards were buffed to make them more viable.
Postbag: When played, gain any random letter card
Fishing Rod: When entering a small creek, gain any random food card
Excision: Extracts one of a card's ailments into a Fomite
Last Resort: Cards in near-death experience gain +2 base power
Excavation Permit: Create a pit stop on any space
Mushroom Break: All perishable cards in hand get converted into Silk Shank
Overall buffs to Act 2 cards
Nerfed final boss:
Added an extra ability to the mimics:
On death: Enemy loses 33% of current health
