1.0.4.7 Beta Branch Update

Been a while from last update. This is a beta update that mostly just updates the Godot engine used from 4.0 to 4.5 and adds few QoL updates.

Changes

- Godot engine updated from 4.0 to 4.5

- 3D Visual style updates

- Reworked how bottom menu looks

- Reworked how build menu looks

- Various small UI updates

- Formatted list numbers to be easier to read

- Fix: Wrong label on comic inspection for genre
