Tutorial improvements, I hope. Should be a little more streamlined.
Still need to add more help through the initial first level, although that can come later.

Rework intro tutorial.
Made it shorter and interspersed more player action.
There are still issues with selecting build/place when you shouldn't be able to.
There's also issues of manually selecting block types and the menu updates when it shouldn't.
Fixed bug where the last created wire would be deleted when switching between build and wire.
Fixed bug where wall highlighting would not clear after switching to place wire with E.
Fixed bug where deleting object with nothing selected would also cancel hover highlighting.
Fixed bug where undoing an object wouldn't return to select mode. Rework intro tutorial.
