Changes include:
- Stability improvements to voice system.
- Fixed interacting with objects causing you to also use your item
- NPC think rate/path update rate is now a config option, allowing hosts on less powerful PCs to have NPCs update less frequently to save on performance. Available under Options/Gameplay
