Hotfix update: as mentioned yesterday this is the second part of out options menu fix.

Everything should work as expected now.

BUG FIXES:

Fixed Incinerator accidentally having the Robust tag, making hacks and upgrades associated with that show up.
Fixed exception in settings menu resulting in invalid resolution and frame rate options
