Addition of the shortcut for the settings menu

I noticed something missing : the Escape key didn’t open the settings menu, this has now been fixed.

In solo mode, all building menus must be closed. Basically, if a menu is open, the first press will close the menus and the second press will open the settings menu.

In multiplayer, there’s no need to close all the building menus since the Escape key is a shortcut reserved for solo mode to close building menus.
