Autosave yay! Plus some new wire drawing helpers, now from the tip too.

Polished up how pausing and timer handles work for the tutorial and in general.
Pausing in general is a bit of a bugbear as ticks need to continue for menus to operate properly.
Fixed a bug where colours would not be updated when settings were loaded from the menu instead of in game.
Removed ghost wire throb.
Added ghost wires to the wire tip, as well as the cursor.
Added Autosave.
Now saves every 30 seconds.
This will eventually be able to be adjusted via game settings.
