AI patch

Hiya everyone,

This patch covers a lot of little niggly bits, wanted to make sure SPR was nice and solid before adding new content, below are the patch notes.

Patch notes:

• Fixed engine sounds playing when frame changed

• Fixed red car boosting non stop

• Fixed broken timer on Bay City reverse

• Tweaked AI to stop them cheating

• Change paint text not visible if paint not unlocked

• AI cars on Legendary now improved

• Controller layout appears now before races if using a controller
