Audio patch

Hi, i hope you are enjoying Super Power Racing.

This patch addresses the sound bug where only music is playing, please let me know if this is still broken as it works fine on my machine.

I added a few other bits including a controller layout if you playing on controller and made the Timebomb event at the reverse version on Bay City a little more forgiving.
