Bug Fixes/Improvements
- Crosshair cursor will no longer consume an ammo on entering a folder
- Rhythm cursor will no longer break combo on entering a folder
- Soft Reset should not trigger in boss rooms
- Chronostasis no longer stun bosses
- Fixed Cursor Select UI stats displaying wrong values
- Fixed instances where attack goes negative
- Properties window will now highlight if the stat is at cap
- D20 will now update the properties window based on its buff/debuff
- Fixed bug where seed is stuck on daily seed
- Fixed bug where invincibility effect was not showing on cursor skins

- Lasso cursor reworked, Friendly Trojan now accelerates towards the cursor, dealing bonus damage based on it's speed
- Max dodge rate increased from 50% -> 70%
- Voodoo doll will now take damage even when the cursor is invincible
- Trojan bounce count reduced by 1
