Update 1.2.1 Hotfix 1

Hey players,

Another day, another update! Here's what we're fixing this time:

• Fix Murk's Blood Veil damage not scaling with % mods

• Fix Shadow Dash with Death Worship not proccing specific effects for Melee Skills, like Bundle of Syringes and Melee Life Leech)

• Reduce Dummy life to improve ailment testing
