Huge quality of life update by now allowing the wire start to happen just by clicking on an available node.
0.9.5
Developing wire drawing rework.
Initial wire start is handled by clicking on an available node.
Every potential combination of nodes is checked that could work as pairs.
This is limited to ONLY the cube the player is currently inside.
Some cubes could have no pairs, others could have dozens.
The system then automatically snaps to that wall and zooms in, starting wire drawing from that point,
Output nodes are then highlighted as needed.
Wire continues as normal until done.
Added additional ghost wires going every direction, as well as reduced their transparency.
Fixed bug where right clicking to cancel on a block would not properly deselect it.
Balance adjusted for factory.
It now produces 2 units per second and requires 2 resources per second.
Waiting the 200 seconds was tedious.
About a minute feels better and gives a moment to admire your cube and get a beat of catharsis.
Think Version 2 has had its pips adjusted to no longer overlap with the top status text.
Fixed bug where some random grid UI appeared when going to overview.
This was due to vestigial code still existing where like, you know actually, no, don't transplant a liver to a new patient when it's covered with tumors. Easy mistake. Okay? We've all done it. One day you transplant tumors into your patient, the next day you accidentally leave an entire menu system underneath the new one you built like paving over a Roman road, but the old Roman road is full of tumors. Possibly also some Romans, but you don't really feel like checking because that would mean you didn't fully remove the old population before paving over their homes and families and you're PRETTY sure that this now constitutes a war crime and that would make you complicit, and you REALLY don't wanna go back to malpractice jail right now. Although honestly that would be so high up there on the war crime list, you might actually get on like, a show? Like an interview at least. At the bare minimum that would provide more meat for the podcasters to chew on. True crime conspiracy documentary on modern day violations of the Geneva conventions...
Fixed a bug where the Geneva conventions were being adhered to properly.
