Elements Divided Update 33 - Hotfix 2

Hello! Another update out now that fixes a few bugs, and updates the LIV SDK on Meta Quest Standalone version to include Streaming.

- Added Sub-Elements to rewards chest list of unlocks

- Fixed a bug where the Element Selector UI was not updating immediately upon unlocking a Sub-Element

- Fixed a bug where Player Settings were reverting to defaults when joining a Match in progress

- Updated the LIV SDK to include the new LIV Streaming function on Meta Quest Standalone.

- Optimized VFX

- Fixed a bug where the Water Torrent Ult would not block while charging

- Fixed a bug where Powerups were still appearing when they are disabled in Custom Game Settings
