This patch rolls out some improvements and preparations for crash log handlings, makes some improvements to logging, and exception handling.
In addition it rolls out a minor fix to the Mission Objective UI so it correctly resets after meeting an objective, and improves the Checklist System to detect if you already have the RUN steps of a checklist queued.
