Cool patch

hi friends! This is what was fixed:

-Cosmetics now appear underwater

-Fixed some jank with a room in mixed up milksop

-Fixed locked doors not unlocking sometimes

-Hopefully fixed player spawning out of bounds in the ship?

-Familiars are now created once per room and not per room start
