Small Orange Fixes Plus a Little Extra 9/28

Besides correcting the version number on the title screen, I implemented a similar 'First Match Reset' for Iron Orange that was previously added to Protag's Dream, which restarts to the 'Perp Walk' when you lose on the first match instead of hard resetting to the title screen. Just the first match!

• updated version number correctly
• added a reset to first round of Iron Orange if you lose
• slight texture fix to apples
