Added a dedicated volume slider for the Shepherd
In response to feedback about its warning sounds being too loud, the Shepherd now has its own volume control in the audio settings.
Fixed an issue where the Shepherd could spawn at the Hotel on Forsaken difficulty. This was not intended and has been corrected
