More quick fixes

Here is a list of a few more quick fixes we made since yesterday!

• Fixed the under 5 achievement
• Fixed the bet hero power still generating stamina
• Slightly reworked rogue's relic to be what we initially intended
• Fixed card stamina gen visuals
• Replaced a filler art on the mind goblins status
