Disabled the ability to bind mouse wheel to actions. This didn't work properly and was just causing confusion.
Using a reset bind before reaching a checkpoint will now reset the timer and start recording a new replay.
Using a reset bind no longer starts the timer at the start of a map.
Made a few medal times a bit more lenient. Congratulations to anyone who achieved them before this!
