Fixed trash bug wanting to eat trash
Fixed the "Continue" button staying on screen after clicking Start
Fixed multiple successive clicks on the "Continue" button causing a crash
Fixed softlocks for Qhinn's, Ulgrun's, Sua's, Karwathi's, Starkeeper's commissions which could happen if dialogue was skipped quickly after presenting the item to the customer
Improved scene transitions between the Main Menu, Character Creation, and the Game, hopefully eliminating crashes there
