Bugs fixed:
- Fixed the required level for equipment upgrades
- Fixed the smartphone camera app upgrade
- Fixed the cctv location text on each security cam on the new map
- The hacking speed upgrade for the smartphone now works on all devices
- Fixed an bug where stealable paintings would disappear if you picked them up while carrying something
- Fixed some instructions in the training heist that required equipment upgrades
