Another small patch, mostly just tweaks to make certain stages of the game easier
Made The Watcher Spire moveable (so you can still upgrade tools)
Altered the beckoning bell so you cant accidentally miss certain items due to RNG
More text tweaks, some more clues to help with various sidequests.
