AIRAC - 0.2.1 - Sectors

Hello controllers! A new update has landed!

We have added the following features:

+ Background color personalization (using BG_COLOR) in INFO file
+ Addition of SECTORS file, which permits to define the boundary of control
+ Discord rich presence
+ Ability to add preferential assigned altitudes inside the STR file as a new column.

We have fixed the following bugs:

+ LDA and RYR voice detection not working
+ Update magnetic declination all airports
+ Filled polygons coordinate conversion
+ Timeline limited to 10min and in steps of 1 min
+ Main Menu exit fails to flush readback audio stack
+ Hold drawing too big
