Client hotfix and Shrine Scry tweaks

User Interface

• Added a button below the rune dock to use Shrine Scry on your turn.

Artwork & Effects

• Added additional high resolution artwork for commonly used runes

Rules Text & Combat Log

• Added some missing combat logs
• Various rules text tweaks and improvements

Game Mechanics

• Initial rune draw for 1v1 player vs player matches is now 10 (was 8)
• Shrine Scry now does 6 damage to your shrine on use (was 7)
• Custom 1v1 player vs player games now have a rune draw of 1 and include Shrine Scry and Fortify on player shrines
