Universe Update Hotfix 01

Already folks are starting to add things to the universe which is really awesome to see!

Here are some fixes!

• Fixed music for galaxy map and HQ not pausing when entering the pause menu.
• Added separate music volume settings for the ambient music.
• Fixed achievements not unlocking (Achievements are checked every time you enter the HQ, so if you have a bunch of notes played or completed a tutorial, make sure to enter the HQ to get the achievement to unlock)
• Fixed issue where hitting the height up and down buttons didn't work while in move mode.
• Fixed issue where the universe node sizes weren't matching their galaxy sizes.
