0.11.3 smoller update

Hey again, quick update while i'm still working on the things.
Still polishing things and squashing bugs while prepping the bigger stuff in the background. This one's mostly cleanup and graphics-related improvements, but it should make things looks better overall. Thanks for sticking with it.

Graphics

• DirectionalLight now casts shadows for all players.
• General graphic adjustments.

Fix

• Temporarily disabled scaling3D due to visual artifacts.
• Graphics settings now properly apply when entering the game.
• Replaced the cube limit with a smoother triangle ramp in Threeway.
• Fixed multiple issues related to explosive bullets.
