Swapper, by Slabdrill, in Community Levels - a one dimensional Ghost Fog puzzle!

1. Chapter 3: New Daredevils (Insight).
2. Chapter E (WIP): Move Flamepatch, Firewalkers, Fragile Victory, Death's Door and , Ceiling Sockets here. Move Lazarus Syndrome and The Vanishing Pit to community chapters. Re-arrange levels. Simplify Road to the end. Buff Explosive Airlock. Add Frequent Fryers. Spelunking???. (Dead or Alive may be moved out in a future build.)
3. Formless Exploration: Buff In Defiance of Time?.
4. Slabdrill's World: Add Swapper.
5. Green's World: Actually add Invisible Bridge (for Heavy) (whoops).
6. Custom elements: Fix Ghost Fog (e.g. Light can now ghost fog into Heavy). Add Bowl, Superbowl, No Heavy/Light.
7. Tentative fix for a graphical bug for the level editor tile picker tooltip.
