Localization Bugfixes:
- For French, there's a bug in Tortilla Mini Game in Mexican Restaurant, the word "trancher" should be written with "tr" rather than "t" only, to prevent clashing with "tortilla" and "tomato"
- For Portuguese, So many fixes here, mainly because of the localization file use modified apostrophe rather than backtick, so it has a format error
- For Spanish, now allowing the letter with diacritic to be written with letter without diacritic.
