Windowkill 4.0.6 update

New Features

• Added a rare balloon entity
  • This was meant to be included with the 4.0.5 update but wasn't ready in time

• Added "show fake cursor on controller" option
  • This enables the same fake cursor that appears when Smiley spawns

• Added "quit" button to options window on title screen

Changes

• Fake controller cursor can now drag aid windows
• Fake controller cursor position now matches :)'s attack area position
• Prevented coins from spawning offscreen

Fixes

• Fixed coin spawn location when hitting sweeper with zephyr's slash
