Fixed a bug that was causing players to not be able to use the toilet in the jail.
Fixed a bug that caused players to become criminals when using another store's toilet.
Added more random disguises.
Added random 3d models around town to help hide when disguised.
Fixed a bug that was causing trash dropped by customers to stack incorrectly on top of each other.
