Update 5.89 - Urgent Gameplay fixes

- Fixed kite movement when using AUTO-DESCARREGAR
- Maximum ping per room is 300 to prevent high ping players from ruining the game experience.
- Fixed HP recovery nerf.
- Improved the bar that indicates the player's HP line.
- Other minor fixes.
