V5.17.1 Toolbox Feature Added

1. Added toolbox entry, currently only base64 and md5 functions are included.
2. Removed entry click from the right-click menu in the toolbox window, only keeping the show/hide entry.
3. In the tray right-click menu, if quick switch content exists, added the exit program entry.
