Game balancing adjustment and bugs hotfix

Hello gamers!

Small fix and game balance adjustments for today.

- The possibility of anomalies and jumpscares on upper floors has been reduced.
- The probability of anomalies and jumpscares has increased as you descend to the lower floors.
- In rare cases, the mouse may become locked in events that cause the player to look at the jumpscare. For this purpose, a mouse bug fix button has been added. If you experience this bug, press R to get rid of it.
