1. Added a skill tree with health/regen and ammo/reload upgrades respectively, player gains 1 skill point per level. Max skills right now = 150 skill points totals, but player may gain more for future updates.
2. FPS counter will now toggle in real time on main menu when using the setting
3. Fixed empty ammo "click" sound not playing correctly on turrets or automatic guns
