Spectate improvements. New visuals for Path of Boom.

New: Ability to hide UI during spectate
New: Path of Boom map GFX updates
New: Enhance Battle scene VFX and Lighting
Fix: Battle Boost icons flickering.
Fix: Bug where weapon ghost could linger if destroyed by the exact amount of HP left.
Fix: Team tab is blank on first viewing.
Difficulty: Map 4 and 5 Bosses are less brutal
