Demo feature freeze

Hey,

Demo features will now be frozen and any subsequent updates will only be made to the upcoming (release date TBA) EA release.

We will still provide patches for bug fixing and performance improvement purposes.

And with that, I'd like to share some news for the EA version:
- Devastation now affects prod cap, max units and attrition (from 60% onwards)
- Visual pass for devastation
- Reworked core production code entirely (no balancing changes)
- Improved the battle system so that battles close to a system affect its devastation stat
- Small AI pacing improvements
