Lottery Server Rework

Finally, after many hours of server coding and testing, I am happy to announce the reworked lottery server. The lottery should now be a reliable and fun experience for everyone!

Other issues were also addressed:

• When you win a background for the first time, it will now show up in your backgrounds tab.
• Lottery "connecting" and "reconnecting" screens were improved.
• The spin button is now more visible when disabled.
