Treason Playtest update

Changes since last playtest build to be tested:

- Power supplies are no longer usable in Annihilation (not that it did anything anyways)
- Swapped positions of final kill and player of the round on round end panel
- Changed `t_carnage_prevalence` default value to 10
- Changed `t_revive_cooldown` default value to 30
- Changed Annihilation health to 150
- Brought rimlight to all player models back
- Fixed missing t_gym map and t_library localization
- Fixed missing sound for Heavy's "I've been shot" line
- Added more special thanks in credits
