Updates include:
Fixed bug where quests could accidentally advance past total quest legs/length, breaking Midnite Oil quest.
Fixed Claggory convo in library to prevent AdvanceQuest function repeat and to route to correct barks.
Updated conditional logic for book shelf interact in Midnite Oil quest.
Updated Melodora NPC position settings in library.
