Patch v1.2.3 - Minor Tweaks to Dash and Quick Map button

- move quick map open to R3 for now as it was getting hit accidentally when players moved using left stick
- Tweaked the Dash ability performance. Hoping to fix an issue for some players where the dash was sporadic.
- Fixed wrong "(x) - select" icon for PS controllers in main menu
